Investment Objective
The investment objective of the Desjardins Global All Cap Equity Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of foreign and Canadian companies.
Investment Strategies
To achieve the Fund’s objective, the portfolio manager:
• invests in companies with a minimum market capitalization at the time of investment of approximately $500 million US, including in companies in emerging markets;
• buys what it has identified as underpriced securities;
• combines rigorous company research with sophisticated risk-control measures;
• may use equity-related securities such as American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to gain exposure to particular markets;
• may use, effective April 1, 2008, derivatives for hedging and non-hedging purposes;
• may engage, effective April 1, 2008, in securities lending, repurchase and reverse repurchase transactions as permitted by the Canadian securities regulatory authorities from time to time.

Although the risk level of the Desjardins Global All Cap Equity Fund remains moderate, the risks related to equity, foreign securities, smaller companies, emerging markets, derivatives, currency, class, specific issuer, securities lending and repurchase and reverse repurchase agreement should be taken into account.
