Investment Objective
The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of securities of small capitalization foreign and Canadian companies.
Investment Strategies
To achieve the Fund’s objective, the portfolio managers:
 | Invest the assets of the Fund using the following styles : growth oriented and relative-value;

| The growth-oriented portfolio manager seeks high growth securities with earnings acceleration that are trading below their fair market values;

| The relative-value portfolio subadvisor seeks securities of issuers which exhibit the following characteristics: a reasonable valuation based on the issuer’s, discounted cash flow, sustainable competitive advantages, sound management;

| take decisions that are backed by original research, strict accounting validation and fundamental analysis;
|
| may use, effective April 1, 2008, derivatives for hedging and non-hedging. |

Although the risk level of the Desjardins Global All Cap Equity Fund remains moderate, the risks related to equity, foreign securities, smaller companies, emerging markets, derivatives, currency, class, specific issuer, securities lending and repurchase and reverse repurchase agreement should be taken into account.
