Investment Objective
The objective of the Desjardins Global Real Estate Fund is to provide unitholders with long-term capital appreciation. To do so, the fund portfolio manager invests mainly in corporate equity securities and in units in real estate income trusts based anywhere in the world.
Investment Strategies
To achieve the Fund’s objective, the portfolio manager:
 | Selects securities that trade below their intrinsic value;

 | Selects diversified securities for greater portfolio value;

 | Is authorized to make safe haven investments in the event of materially adverse market conditions;

 | May use derivatives to hedge against any losses incurred by variations in securities values or exchange rates;

 | May engage in securities lending, repurchasing and reverse repurchasing as sources of additional income. |
