Investment Objective
The objective of the Desjardins Canadian Bond Fund is to provide unitholders with moderate income and high capital security. To do so, the Fund invests mainly in Canadian or international corporate bonds and Canadian or international government bonds. The Fund may also invest in a small percentage of equities.

To achieve the Fund’s objective, the portfolio manager:
 | Selects government and corporate issues with good credit ratings;

 | Maintains a low level of risk by emphasizing diversification when selecting corporate issues;

 | Selects issues with the aim of increasing or decreasing the portfolio’s average duration;

 | May use derivatives to reduce overall risk or to improve performance;

 | May invest in foreign assets;

 | May undertake securities lending transactions to generate additional income. |
